CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service total at checkout. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your deposit will be applied toward this amount, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If Vaknin Aesthetics needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
